There are two ways to get to Hotel Alturas de Arenal, for both options take the Interamerica Highway.

1) Enter San Ramón which you will find 50 kms southwest of San José and continue towards El Bajo de los Rodríguez, then when you arrive in Fortuna and Arenal Volcano, continue towards New Arenal.

From New Arenal (Nuevo Arenal) take the road towards Tilarán, after approximately 6km you will find Hotel Alturas del Arenal.

2) From San José taking the Interamericana Highway towards Puntarenus, continue north and you will arrive at Cañas, turn into the town and you will arrive in Tilarán, from Tilarán after 25km always bordering the lake you will find Hotel Alturas del Arenal.
